(Strengthening and Unifying Families (SURF) program)

This is a collaborative project between ChildNet (child welfare agency) and the Susan B Anthony Recovery Center. We provide in home substance abuse treatment services for families in danger of having their children removed and placed into the foster care system. Services are provided by a Master’s level therapist and a PEER Mentor who provides recovery support and case management services.
